During the academic year (Fall/Spring), Baruch STEP meets on Saturdays on the Baruch College Campus (some classes may be remote) for morning courses in math, science, and test prep. Afternoon workshop topics usually involve seminars, guest speakers, college transition, or career readiness.

Throughout the academic year, Baruch STEP will have various events such as visits to local colleges, volunteer events such as the annual Harlem STEM Expo, and panel discussions at the monthly Coffee & Conversation with parents.
